PURE ORIGIN OF SUMATRA
Planted at an altitude of 1200-1500m, in the tropical forest of the GAYO region, Ayu has benefited from particular care at each stage of its manufacture: manual picking to select the most ripe berries, then treatment according to the traditional method “Giling basah”, giving it its unique aromatic profile with very little acidity.
AYU is certified organic and fair trade: a characteristic of Indonesian coffees generally grown in an eco-responsible way.

Our beans are roasted by hand by our Italian roaster in a slow way (20min), to respect all the flavors.
Our coffees are developed to suit all preparation methods: automatic machine, espresso, Italian coffee maker, plunger, filter.
Recent roasting and packaging in a resealable bag with a freshness valve for optimal preservation of the aromas.
