We currently deliver to the following countries :

Your order will be processed the day after it is created.
Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, and orders received on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Deliveries to mainland France

Your order will be delivered by Colissimo (with no need for a signature) to your letterbox.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of being processed.
On average you will receive your order within 3 to 5 days (for information purposes).

Deliveries to Europe – Zones 1, 2 & 3

Your order will be delivered by Colissimo International (with no need for a signature) to your letterbox.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of being processed.
On average you will receive your order within 3 to 12 days (for information purposes).

Delivery charges

For delivery to mainland France, the delivery is free for orders over 35€.

For international deliveries, the delivery charges may be free or reduced, depending on the amount of the order, as set out in the table below:

VAT

All our prices include tax.

In some countries, certain products benefit from a reduced VAT rate.

The rate of VAT applied depends on the products and the country of delivery : it is automatically calculated according to the delivery country.
You can select the delivery country directly on the page of our shop, the product page, or at the time of validating your shoppping basket.

Returns

You have 14 days from the time of receiving your order to return your products to Origeens for an exchange or a refund.

In that case, you must send the products unused, intact, in their original packaging, unopened, with any accessories, user manuals and documents, if appropriate, to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right to change your mind after a cooling-off period, Origeens agrees to reimburse the sum paid by the customer, without any fees, other than the cost of returning the products.
