Deliveries

Your order is usually processed the day after it is created.
Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, and orders received on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

We deliver our products in metropolitan France, as well as in the following countries :

For deliveries in mainland France

For France mainland, we have selected two shipping companies:

  • via Colissimo (without signature) in the mailbox,
  • via the Mondial Relaynetwork in Relay Points.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of being processed.
On average you will receive your order within 3 to 5 days (for information purposes).

For deliveries to Europe – Zone 1, 2 & 3

Your order will be delivered by Colissimo International to your letterbox.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of being processed.
You will receive your order on average within 3 to 12 days (for information only).

For deliveries to the UK – Zone 2+

Since January 1, 2021, customs presentation fees of 4.9 € are automatically added to the amount of your order.
The amount of the order cannot exceed 135 € (in order to avoid additional customs clearance costs of £ 12 payable by the customer).
Your order will be delivered by Colissimo International to your letterbox.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of being processed.
You will receive your order within an average of 6 to 12 days (indicative).

Delivery charges

In France, delivery is free from 35€ of purchase (except gift card)

For international deliveries, you can benefit from reduced or free delivery costs depending on the amount of your order (gift cards are not taken into account as they are not delivered), as shown in the table below:

VAT

All our prices include tax.
In some countries, certain products benefit from a reduced VAT rate.

The VAT rate applied varies according to the product and the country of delivery: it is calculated automatically according to the country of delivery.
You can select the delivery country directly on the page of our shop, the product page, or at the time of validating your shoppping basket.

Returns

You have 14 days from the time of receiving the Products you ordered to return them to Origeens for an exchange or a refund.

In this case, the customer must return the new products, intact, in their original packaging and unopened, accompanied by all possible accessories, notices of use and documentation at the following address:

In the event of exercising the right to change your mind after a cooling-off period, Origeens agrees to reimburse the sum paid by the customer, without any fees, other than the cost of returning the products.

  • 1€ of products ordered* = 1 loyalty point
  • 30 loyalty points = €1 voucher
  • No validity period: your points are forever!
  • Your orders before this loyalty programme are also taken into account!
